128-bit cipher strength


Because of the sensitive nature of these documents, you will need a browser that supports 128-bit SSL if you want to access the online information. Internet Explorer 4.0 or later is capable of supporting 128-bit SSL.

For Windows 95 and Windows 98 ONLY:

   

Please Note: 

1.   This Microsoft Internet Explorer upgrade will only upgrade IE Version 5.00 hosted on Windows 9x and NT4 to enable 128-bit SSL support.

2.   It will also have to restart your computer, so make sure all applications are closed before running it.

 

How to install

1.   Make sure Internet Explorer 5.01 is not running.

2.   Download this file

3.   Save the file “ie5dom.exe” to a temporary folder

4.   Run the file “ie5dom.exe" from step 2

5.   Press OK

6.   Restart your computer

 

 

For Windows 2000 ONLY:

Please Note: 

1.   This Microsoft Internet Explorer upgrade will only upgrade IE Version 5.01 hosted on Windows 2000 to enable 128-bit SSL support.

2.   It will also have to restart your computer, so make sure all applications are closed before running it.

 

How to install

1.   Make sure Internet Explorer 5.01 is not running.

2.   Download this file

3.   Save the file “Encpack_Win2000_EN.exe” to a temporary folder

4.   Run the file “Encpack_Win2000_EN.exe" from step 2

5.   Press OK

6.   Restart your computer
