Client registration: Submitting the information needed to register as a ArcelorMittal South Africa Vanderbijlpark Works Client;
Order Closing dates: The order intake closing dates are displayed;
Marketing contact information: The contact details, per product group, of the different Departmental Managers and Account Managers are displayed;
Account Statements: Displaying the customer’s account statement for a specific month;
Invoice publishing: Displaying the invoices for goods delivered to the customer;
Test Certificate: Displaying the test certificates for dispatched material.
Despatch information: A dispatch advice (DA) is printed at the weighbridge to initiate the invoicing system. This DA is signed by the end customer and serves as the legal binding proof of delivery (POD) document. These two documents are available on the Web system;
Product catalogue: FSP Data sheets, Packing specifications & general Price Lists;
Tender system: FSP secondary and secondary free stock material tender system;
Confirmation of an order: The printed ‘CFP’ is generated after an order has been successfully accepted by the Order Acceptance system
